Job Description

TTEC (formerly TeleTech) is seeking an experienced Contracts and Pricing Analyst join our TTEC Digital Deal Desk team.   This is a remote, telecommute opportunity based in Costa Rica.

What you'll be doing: 

As a strategic member of the Deal Desk team you will be responsible for:

  1. Prepping and Routing and reviewing client-facing contracts for executive approvals.
  2. Following process requirements to QA requests for required documents prior to routing.
  3. Using document management and routing systems such as SpringCM.
  4. Coordinating e-sign and processing documents for signatures.
  5. Maintaining records of contract activity
  6. Generating status reports and acting as single point of contact for status inquires
  7. Handling multiple urgent requests and prioritizing accordingly with direction
  8. Following and enforcing policy and exception processes
  9. Managing and maintaining executed document files
  10. Working with executive level management, salespeople and account managers to gather information needed for contracts.
  11. Collaborating with legal and finance teams as needed

What skills you'll need:

  1. Minimum of an undergraduate degree from an accredited University. 
  2. Prior experience supporting sales operations in a contract analyst role.
  3. 5 years experience working in a business operations role in a learning and/or technology industry.
  4. Advanced user of Microsoft Word.
  5. Strong analytical skills with High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for email, phone, social tools and presentation materials.
  7. Ability to work cross-functionally across large business groups and teams.
  8. Comfort and confidence when working closely with and - when required - challenging senior stakeholders; both client side and within TTEC.

  10. Prior experience working with SpringCM document and contract management software is a plus.
  11. Ability to work in fast paced environment.
