Duties & Responsibilities
 This individual will serve as a Software Support Engineer for diagnostic tests (aka Checkers), Performance Verification tests, as well as support of the test environment for the Teradyne semi-conductor test platforms UltraFLEX, FLEX, and J750. He/She will diagnose and resolve internal and external customer issues with the core software architecture, user interface, and software releases. He/She will ensure all issues are resolved or escalated to the proper resources. 

The individual will be programming in C# and C++ while working in a local team environment as well as an extended team based in North Reading and Agoura Hills. 

Responsibilities include:
  • Write and maintain basic documentation which describes program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.
  • Develop test suites for verification of the hardware product.
  • Work with various parts of engineering as required to coordinate troubleshooting and investigative efforts toward finding and resolving root-cause

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required

BS Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field

Programming experience in C++, and/or C#

Experience with Rational Software (Clear Case and Clear Quest) is a plus

Experience in MS .NET infrastructure is a plus

Experience with measurement techniques and statistical process control is a plus

Experience in design, debug and analysis of Digital or Analog Circuits is a plus

Experience in AC, Microwave or Digital test techniques is a plus
