- Nature of Work
Requires: Master's Degree in Psychology or temporary permit or license to practice psychology. Evaluates client status, devises treatment, and assesses the progress of treatment in a state facility. Receives a caseload based on admissions to a program at a facility. Conducts an assessment interview, orders tests, reviews results, and develops treatment plans.

- Minimum Qualifications
Requirements for Psychologist 1 and 2.
Training: Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university with a Master's degree in Psychology.
Substitution: Temporary permit or license from the West Virginia Board of Examiners of Psychologists may substitute for the required major.
Required for Psychologist 2: Must be a licensed psychologist.
There are no other substitutions for these requirements.

PSYCHOLOGIST 2 $39,372 - $72,840 /yr.
