County Health Departments/ Berkeley County Health Department, Berkeley Co. – With moderate, limited supervision and under the direction of a registered nurse, this position will provide public health services required according to standing operating procedures in relation to clinical services such as immunizations, family planning, BCCSP, TB, STD, etc. Provides screening for all patients to include intake of medical information. Provides services/counseling to patients that utilize that harm reduction program. Provides health promotion of clinical programs. Meets walk-in patients and provides medical service as necessary or referrals to outside agencies. Performs related work as assigned.

- Minimum Qualifications
Training: Current West Virginia License or temporary permit to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Successful completion of course in intravenous therapy and training in venipuncture permits the LPN to start intravenous fluids.
