Overall Job Summary: A person in this position will provide electronic/mechanical support to highly technical PC-based medical device manufacturing production equipment. The individual will perform a variety of duties including following a system build procedure, using PC skills to diagnose and build supporting software, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical/computer issues, calibrating machinery, adjusting, testing, validating, operating and/or performing preventative maintain on equipment. The individual will be required to build, modify, document and/or qualify new and/or existing PC-based equipment and/or processes. He or she will also be required to perform technical and record keeping duties in conformance with company and regulatory policies and standards to meet quality and accuracy requirements.

Minimum Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent plus two years relevant post High School vocational/technical training.

Minimum Experience Requirements: One (1) year of experience in directly related work. Must possess strong interpersonal skill and be able to communicate with technicians and management. Must be able to demonstrate electronic, PC, and mechanical skills. Prefer knowledge of a production equipment electronics and electrical controls, and also a basic understanding of CNC and PLC equipment programming.

A person hired for this position will be required to work evening shift (2nd shift) with the expected hours of 2pm-10:30pm or 2:30pm-11:00pm. Overtime may be required.
